PRI’s Beijing Headquarters is the hub of PRI’s operations, where PRI’s top management is based and where we set the strategic direction of the company. In addition to high level functions, the headquarters provides corporate management and support for our holdings companies and performs consulting services for client companies.
Headquarters is divided up into the following disciplines:
- Financial Support
- HR Services
- Sales and Marketing
- Sales and Sourcing Engineers
- Project Management
- Government Relations
Each discipline is responsible for:
- supporting existing operations
- consulting for outside clients
- providing assistance during the start-up of new operations
PRI’s Beijing Headquarters has been in operation since 1995, and has a built up a wealth of experience and contacts in the business world here in China. We also have extensive relationships with various government departments which are of assistance when requiring national approvals for operations. Actively involved in Amcham and other industry specific organizations and exhibitions, PRI maintains a high profile and has a strong network of relationships with China based foreign companies.
