Greg Deisher
Mr. Deisher was the Founder of GDRM Acquisition Group, a private investment
firm with US and international holdings in banking, manufacturing,
distribution and real estate. Additionally he was the CEO of Squid Soap
which was a successful start up grown to retail distribution in over 10,000
US stores before selling the product line to a large consumer products
company.
He has over 20 years of international business experience of which the
majority was based in the former Soviet Union and Southeast Asia. In his
role as the CFO/Finance Director for large publicly-traded corporations he
was involved in two Initial Public Offerings and numerous acquistions and
mergers. Prior to that Mr. Deisher managed Price Waterhouse¡¯s Central Asian
tax and legal department. He advised Fortune 500 companies such as Pepsi,
Coca-Cola, ChevronTexaco, ExxonMobil, Procter & Gamble and others on their
start-up strategy and implementation.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and has completed
targeted post graduate courses. He is a licensed CPA by the State of Texas
and a conference speaker on international business and accounting issues for
publicly traded corporations. He is married to his wife Julie and they have
four children.
