Wong Ing Tiong, Consulting Finance Manager
Ing Tiong is from Malaysia and educated in the UK. He comes to us after completing 26 years at Shell. He finished as Senior Business Finance Advisor where he was an extremely valuable part of their China team. Both his deep business insight and China know how make him a great team member for PRI.
Jim Nelson, Corporate Human Resources Manager
Jim graduated from West Point, did four years as a US Army officer, and got an MBA before making his home in China starting in 1995. Since then he has led 3 different ventures and become known for his ability to choose the right people for the right position to build teams. Having good GM and leadership experience in his background makes Jim a value added HR leader for PRI.
Jennifer Yang, Project Management Leader
Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in law from BeijingĄ¯s Institute of Technology. Jennifer has conducted numerous site selections and provided close management of several company start-ups, excelling in detailed project management and facilitation of government approvals and permits.
Allen Yang, Government Relations
Allen is from Changchun in China and educated in the US. His deep government relations ability makes him a great asset to our team. He has worked for PRI for over 10 years, and has built a deep network of contacts throughout China both at national and local levels. Mr Yang specializes in M&A negotiations and communication with government departments and development zones.
Kevin Williams, Univertical GM
Kevin worked for Southwire as an industrial engineer and materials manager before coming to work for PRIĄ¯s Suzhou factory. Here he has grown the company from a small start up with 3 customers to what looks to be $20 M in sales with 250 customers in 2007. His daily demonstration of leadership is a hallmark of his work.
Victor Hou, Hohhot
Victor is a Chinese American and a graduate of the UCLA School of Engineering. He comes to PRI from Accenture and Deloitte, where he spent over 15 years advising senior management of Fortune 500 companies to develop solutions to their business critical issues. His specialties include mergers and acquisitions and post-merger business integration. He has worked with large manufacturers to implement world class manufacturing practices across their global businesses. Victor's understanding of Chinese and Western cultures and practices plus his experiences in world class manufacturing adds a unique perspectives to the PRI team.
Mike Zelechowski, Chengdu
Mike graduated with an MBA in December of 1990. He taught International Business in China for one year and there became familiar with PRI. He began working in PRI's USA headquarters in January, 1993 and arrived in Chengdu permanently in 1996. He brings a wealth of hands on experience and is especially skilled at taking projects from the planning stage and seeing them through to smooth, concrete, and successful implementations within the local environment.
William McGirr, Chongqing
William McGirr runs the operations at the PRI branch in Chongqing. Will graduated with a BSc (Honors) in July 1992 from Queen's University, UK. He is married with four children and has been living and studying in Chongqing for the past four years. During his time in Chongqing he has become very familiar with the city, business and government of China's fourth municipality. He set up a representative office for PRI in April 2002 and seeks to facilitate the establishment of foreign businesses in this city and projects mutual benefits for both the city and the investors. Will brings a wealth of local knowledge, contacts, and experience to the PRI family.
Hoover Lee, Hefei
Hoover Lee is opening PRI's newest office in Hefei, the capital of Anhui province. Hoover brings USA training, four years of China management experience, and Chinese language and cultural fluency to this office.
